name change on ascended server?

hi chaps,

im sure this question has been answered but i have searched forums but cannot find the answer.

here goes....

i just got a new account for my GF & she wants to change her name on the ascended server but has no name changes left on there. she used her MT for a name change on the main server but this did not reflect on the ascended server.

can anyone please tell me how i can get a name change on the ascended server?

you could get her to send an email to support@stargatewars.com with the request... they can do such name changes...
