Buying mercs

Hey, for the upcoming war i was gona buy some mercs.

But when I go into the mercs market, it says I can buy 350K mercs. I got my naq sorted for the correct amount. But when i got to buy, it says "You don not have enough resources"

I then tried 300K, which I should have naq left over, but that then came up again, "You don not have enough resources".

Can someone help me? Is this a bug?

Mercs are now paired witha super soldier of the same type (att/def). This means you can only buy as many mercs, as you have supers of that type.
The 1 to 1 ratio DOES increase with your merc tech (so for example a 10% merc tech would allow you to have 11 merc for 10 supers or 1:1.1 ratio)
