Covert Levels
Messing with some of the stat calculators I saw that each covert level you increase the bonus value per level drops each level is this suppose to happen or is the calculator not using accurate values?

each covert level increaces your power by square root of 2
so every 2 levels your power doubles
so every 2 levels your power doubles
