Final update on this for a long while as I'm done with up building now:

Sad that this is the highest my up has been in any Q wave ever (note that I haven't played it in years).

I think 4000 is only medium still compared to what people could get if they wanted to. I think 7500+ is possible with room to spare. But then again, spy levels start getting retardedly expensive. My next is 1.6 bil almost 0.0
