Planet bug after ascension

Hi, i just ascended from prior to prophet and my planets and giving me the bonuses i should be getting, for example;

Unit Production 3,434 /day (7,211 total)

Even though i have:

+ 14,630 Unit Production

and

+ 11,328 Unit Production

My attack and defence planets are giving me the bonus either.

i am not certain if this is a bug or not however i think it needs to be checked out.

Note: each UP/def/att/cov planet can match 50% 'natural' power

3,434 (natural UP) + 10% * 3,434 (no commander bonus) +2 * 1/2 *3,434 (bonus from 2 planets) = 7,211
No bug.
And I didn't even have to check if you have a CO or any officers (which you lose after ascending anyway)
