I am a nano ti master can I change to goa and be SL or do I de ascend?

This question has been asked a few times before and as long as you change to another ascended race, you should not lose anything. There are no penalties or loses. This link below should help you out:

If you chose to switch from a Nano Ti Master to a System Lord, Ancient, or Tollan then you will not lose anything, you will also not de-ascend your ascended account.

If you chose to switch from a Nano Ti Master to a Goa'uld, Replicator, Tauri or Asgard then you will lose all your trained units, the naquadah in your bank and your technologies (this includes ascended blessing). You will still hold on to your ascended account, you do not lose this. The only advantage to this is if you are de-ascended you will NOT lose any bonuses in main as you will not have any.

On the plus side, you can change races with no penalty (aside from that mentioned above!!)
Your weapons will be sold at cost, and the Naquadah deposited into your offsite storage.Your cumulitive race bonuses, of course, will disappear. You will revert to JUST the bonuses of the race you choose.


sorry to sound noobish here, but they said no penalty or ill effects for race changes from advances to advanced but that sounds pretty big penalty to me...

thats only for basic races. mainly due (i think) to the fact that asgard/tauri weapons cost slightly differently from others

as mentioned above you can change from nano ti master - SL, anceitn or tollan with NO ILL EFFECTS
