i have a bug on my account

basically when i click onto my name, there is no red bit saying im an incarnate nor there is any forsification!! rather strange. but it also says im an ancient and i also have all the bonusses of % and weapons and supers..
how can i sort this!! by the way my forum name isnt the same as ingame just 2 let mods know.

1. Can you see other people's 'red bits'?
2. Did you research your fortification tech? This might sound like a stupid question, but I almost forgot to do it myself after my latest ascension.
3. I have no idea why you are experiencing this problem, so I can't really be of much help. All you can do is wait for Forum (admin Jason) to read this or send him a PM/mail with a link to this topic.
