Indeed my spy log says the same...As far as I know, you're only lvl 17 around...few level 16 (like 5-6 I think)...since I get lvl 15 and am ranked 12, not many people invisible for me in spy logs!

I think I can spy anyone in the game with 5000 spies... seeing as that's more than 30% of my spies and I have rank 1 covert. 5000 spies is 1/3 of anyone's covert at least =D
