weird descension attack??

weird descension attack??
ok well i attacked this guy for the hell of it, and my attack and every other stat is level 150+, and his are all about 30, i attack and i get dealt the same damage back to me as i did to him almost??? is this all from his puny lvl 30 reflection??

I think its the joys of rank mods.
The bigger the difference in your rank to his, the more bonuses and benifits he gets. The top accounts can hit a mid to low grade account and take more damage in return then they can give.
