CAP adjustments

First off, remove buying UU CAP, and heres why

CAPs were designed to make it easier for new/smaller players to catch up to the higher ranks blah blah blah.

Lets review, a new player doesn't have SS, so having this cap in place, doesn't really benefit them. The fastest way for them to grow is via raiding.

2nd adjustment, moving raiding CAP to 50mil army size, less people raiding, = better raids for smaller (new) players.

Next off, if a new player does happen to get SS, the fastest way for them to still grow is through their own UP and raiding. Small players could make a lot of naq by simply selling a few hundred k UU on the market, more naq than they could having those few hundred k UU as miners.

Now its ok for big players, who have the time to sit and wait for any UU they buy to pay for themselves, but to small players looking to grow quickly, selling a few hundred k UU would be more be more benfitial as it increases base stats more quickly, spy levels, MS, UP, which would make back the units loss in a matter days. It only takes a mere 83bil naq to buy the first 10k UP, wheres as for a big player, 83 bil naq probably won't even put a dent in their UP, so having the UU sit and make naq is more benefitial to them.

So more people buying UU, the greater the price, the more naq newer/smaller people can/will get off the UU market selling UU. The more naq, the greater the UP and their ability to grow later.

teh problem with this is that at a certain point players would grow at an exponential rate buying UU, much larger than anybody raiding could possibly grow in any time.
