The following situation... I looked for raids. Mosenrath, ID 46535 had at that moment over 3.5 mil army and when I checked, over 3.5 mil UU out.
However, while I waited for the trader to accept the deal for AT, I refreshed his stat page. He was down by 2 mil. So this wasn't most likely one with a lot of resources out for a very long time, but a feeder or any other way a cheat most likely! Now his current status:
