what is power?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

what is power?

I have seen alliances having a minimum power requirement. What does power mean?

it means that you must have that amount of total power to join that alliance

do you have msn, ill ask any other questions you have

you take all your stats:

Strike Action
Defensive Action
Covert Action
AntiCovert Action
MotherShip Action

add them up, and thats your total power 8)

stats come and go so total power requirements r kinda pointless... army size and/or raw UP are more common and useful these days
