No this isn't a bug, i think its a bunch of players playing purely to make cash even if it takes a month to get $30
and while these 20 odd players sell 1-2 trillion each, it brings the prices down hugely as they are so desperate to sell, im currently selling for $35 and im still selling all i need to sell.

I believe i brough the cash problem up at a meeting recently this may have just been an up date to update combat / assist in the use of ingame black market vs "Underground" black market.
