I never would be on for more than 24 hours. Even when I have sleep trouble ... but staying up 3+ day's ... 1 game ? thats just nuts

I honestly don't know how you do 2+ days... best I've done I thinks about 36 hours, crashed for like 15 after lol. As for playing sgw... haven't lost much sleep, got up once or twice to catch the sw auction or stayed up late playing a few times, but done that for many other reasons so I don't see a prob with it.

At the time i had a job. didnt require me to do nehting. now i have a job that requires me to do stuff.

lan it is possible....my school mate was awake for like almost 6 days...true that after that,he just felt down....like he was dead..and slept for a long time....but believe it...he's used to be up for over 1 day so it didn't effect him too much..after 2nd day....u could easly see he's been awake for a long time..after 4th day..it was though for him to follow the conversations,we had to tell him stuff 2-3 times that he knew what we mean..he had problems eating...right before 6th day passed we couldn't understand him what he was saying anymore....it was like..dunno..don't know how to express myself..but i was really terrified..and scared..as only few of us knew bout that...no one else..and imagine if he died..and the reason would be lack of sleep..omg....his parents than found out..we had to tell them....they were like really really pissed at all of us..but in the end happy he was still alive....guys plz don't play with this..i didn't tell anyone this i think...and main reason i told it here is so some know it isn't like being up for 12-24 hours..it's horrible....even to watch,now imagine doing it...

Oh and...bout damage afterwards...not really..he doesn't have any consequinces..he is extremely lucky indeed....u can sustain brain damage....and some other big problems..that can mess your life up totally....i know i'm used to sleep for like 4-6 hours per day...and being up for like...huh....3/4 day? i've been up for more than 1 day many times,like i said in my previous post..2 days is my record,never again...i do 1 day..max 1,5 days..when i have a party and i don't go to bed,and go on after party afterwards...so lan,yeh it is possible...not possible..it is happening...

Like I said earlier in this thread (7 months ago!) - people THINK they are fully awake for this period of time, but in reality they aren't, they dose off, sometimes for only seconds at a time, without realising it. This happens because the body forces sleep to avoid permanent damage to the brain.

medically the body cannot cope - even after 24 hours of no sleep neurons in the brain start becoming overworked and do strange things.

between 3 - 5 days of no sleep incurs hallucinations - it is also at this point that there is a risk of brain damage and/or insanity.

People may believe that they are awake for days on end - but the reality is that even though they may think they are aware of things around them, they dip in and out of brain wave sleep, sometimes for as little as periods of 10 - 15 seconds many, many times during the day, without even realising it.

But no one is normal after a couple days...thats why I cannot believe ppl would actually be able to play sgw for 7 days without going to sleep...it is against what you want and to do that for SGW to do that to your body...thats abnormal...


Marines...ppl that train before attempting to break the record...have to do abnormal things to stay awake...

Well, unless there was a camera on them 24/7 I wouldn't believe anyone that said they had been up for that amount of time - or any time in excessive of 3-5 days (for most people) for that matter!
