I like the science/ followers for different races.
Lets see
as
Miner(lifer)

so is
Prayer UU(Prior) Ori = Evil = demanding worship

Scientist(Expert) Ajna = Power = using knowledge and science to generate

Follower(Monk) Indu = Mystic = accept worship in form of meditation.

Apprentice(Master) Tolah = Warrior = names just seemed to fit that way.

As for Labs and Temples: Good in that its realistic and stuff, but I'm going to say no because then were going to start needing barracks for army, and houses for miners, something for covert. We shouldn't make one type of unit require a structure when other units don't.
