mmm ... a neutral alliance ... they'll have to serve as bank for most of the server if they want to avoid getting attacked... could serve in order to get military support as well.

i'll not attack a guy trading with me or holding ressources from me.
But that would also require a damn good reputation...

Theres plenty of these alliances out there. We call those stat builders. But to be neutral means no attacks or planet stealing, massings, war, etc. So basically you'd create and account and rely on your income and UP. Ooooooooooooooooooo, how fun...not.

i would mass the utter day light outta an alliance that proclaims nuetrality, cause that just means they are to chicken crap to fight for themselves and should get some intestinal fortitude and fight... cause people that claim nuetrality always get someone else to fight their battles....

well seeing as how sti is almost 15 times my size... ummmm ya..... enough said.... but hes not nuetral.... so stop branching off topic and saying who i would or wouldnt mass... its bout me wanting to mass a woose, i mean nuetral alliance ok... soooo :P
