Caps: Where do they kick in again?

Caps: Where do they kick in again?
I for the life of me cannot remember when the caps on Ascended server all kick in. So for the benefit of those that come after, what are they again? I know there is one that kicks in around 2b planets, and I know for sure that after you get to 100,000 fleets they go up 10x in price. So what other ones are there? Because I am sure that there are some.

past 500 in any stat/skill and i believe it gets much more expensive
