unable to access ascension for over 3 months now.

Hello. I have been having just a slight problem with the ascended server. The problem is that I have been unable to log in for the past THREE MONTHS!! I have sent multiple emails to support and i'm getting the feeling I am being ignored. Just to clarify, no i'm not joking. 3 months.

I retain all ascended bonuses in main except my ascended account is just invincible because it is impossible to find. Friends of mine have tried to find it, apparently it doesn't exist. When I try to log in it says wrong username or password. When I try to get my password emailed to me it tells me that there is no account by that username or email. So pretty much I don't exist..

Can someone PLEASE do something about this, I believe I have waited my turn..

Pretend that admin Jason doesn't care. You are going to have to find someone else that can help you. Jason is busy figuring out how he can screw up his game some more.

So... you just can't log in? You've most likely done so already, but ask admin to change your in-game password to something temporarily, then change it to something you'd remember afterwards. If you've already covered that and it's been ignored... that's too bad.

That sounds very reasonable, though when I have corresponded with support people before they have told me they can't even find the account to do anything to it.

I mean I could go on being undescendable and keeping all my main bonuses, many people would leap at the chance. Heck i could probably sell my account just for that fact. But personally this is not something I want, and I would very much like it fixed.

I ask anyone that can get Jason's attention to link him here so that I can get my account back.

What would happen if you ascended again?

Risky, because if your ascended account's in some kind of limbo you still wouldn't be able to go there...

But - and it sounds like this may be the case - if your account truly no longer exists you'll end up with a new one.

If that happens, you're back in ascended - but with a messed up set of stats (basically you'd lose whatever stats you built the first time). But I suspect the admins would have an easier time fixing that for you (maybe give you a boatload of lf to get you back to where you were) than they would have finding an account that sounds like it somehow got nuked in the last major update.
