Do Vac Mode officers get a %?

Now, I know that dont actually get the naq, but are they taken into the equation when other non-vac officers get naq?

so say 300mill goes to officers per turn, 10 officers, 30mill each

if 5 officers ar eon vac mode, do the other officers still get 30 or is it 60m?

nope i donthink you get any becasue the co dont make and income so 30% of nothing is still nothign that is just what i think.
