Re: IVE FIGURED OUT MOJO RISING
I remember drinking half a bottle of blotter acid in '75. I was in the states visiting my uncle and he "showed me the sights" which all I remember encompassed the Rolling Stones Tour of the Americas, but what we did for the other week I was with him I still can't remember.
I don't see how anyone could still be using a computer after consuming acid, let alone mescaline and peyote. I would suspect he is lying.

i was living in southiern Cali in those days..........understood when the eagles said "they haven't had that spirit here since 1969"
that was the "some girls tour " for the stones. saw it and Peter Tosh played with them, coming out on stage throwing joints into the crowd. Also Little feat played. Good show.

Yeah I really enjoyed my trip to the states, it was amazing in those days. I live in Australia, and we didn't get as much of the "revolution".
I think that was Tosh's first tour with the stones, first time i had seen them live and it was an unbelievable show (not to mention i was off my dial) But i have heard that compared to some of their earlier concerts it was mediocre at best.
Would of been exciting to have lived in the states throughout the 70s! Just the music going around in those days was unbeleivable, we didn't get too much come down under, although we did have a few(I saw AC/DC numerous times throughout the 70s and 80s!)
