It all depends on your race and status...
I don't know them all, never really thought much about it. But...
A Goa'uld with officers will be "God <whoever>"
His officers, should he decide to make one of them his First Prime, will be "First <whoever>"
The senior officer appointed of a System Lord will be "Minion <whoever>"
And so on and so forth...
Fleet Commander is Asgard, obviously...
If you see one that's unfamiliar just check their stats. It'll be based on their race, officers, co, etc etc... If you really wanted to it wouldn't be too hard to figure them all out...
Having said that I've come across a Goa'uld with the title Colonel. I assumed he was a Tauri, who earned the title Colonel but later changed race to Goa'uld. Perhaps it kept his old title instead of changing it to God, whether by design or a bug I don't know. So it's a bit hit and miss sometimes...
