Well you can buy them in the market, so click market, then click To the Mercenary Market Place and you can buy attack mercs, deffense mecrs or untrained mercs. Attack and defense need their own weapons and untrained mercs do nothing.
As for other people being mercs I'm not sure what you mean, you want them to mass someone for you? If so I'm not sure where you would go for that. Hope one of those was the one your talking about.

yes i think that is what he means so if so you would go down to the market secion on the forum and click black market. post a thred saying you want someone massed or sabbed or whatever.dont post the id of the eprson you want massed or thier name.
