I think that what my compatriots are trying to convey(:P) is that ofcourse it`s your legitimate right to opt to sell to them...

But it`s TLEs legitimate option to react to "supplying" of its enemies, in a hypothetical case by discontionuing existent NAP agreements... For even if such a situation may not be inscribed black&white on said agreement it ought to be obvious to any honest and honorable induvidual that such practice goes against the spirit of the agreement...

You can mince words claiming NAP does not cover this and that, but at the end of the day any agreement stays in place only as long as both sides are willing to have it in place and not a second longer, be there a formal violation" or no...
Do what you have to do... and TLE will do what it has to do. That is all.

Like I said, neither of us really need any particular reason to discontinue our arangement, do we? (I`ll refrain from disputing that trading with the enemy can easily construed as untollerable practice - argued many times by OE even and a given thing in RL when a trade embargo is broken).
TLE Consuls or Omega HCs can wake up tomorrow and decide on a whim that we shake hands and be on our merry "no NAP" way, simple as... No reason whatsoever. (what follows is not the point here lol)

As it happens TLE chose to state in public what it percieves as a reason that *could* possibly prompt it to think of taking said course of action(s)... Ideally to avoid any hickups, and not to prompt them.
You personally may not agree that the before mentioned reason is sufficient for a particular action (such as a NAP cancellation) but that is besides the point (since any NAP is based on mutual consent)...
Legaly speaking TLE does not need to cite breach of contract from your side to withdraw from it ...

No no your missing my point, which is key to the arguement...

I dont give a flying pig weather or not you deem a nap to be breached or not, Its the fact you seem to think you can openly threaten people you have naps with, And the fact you are doing that whilst haveing a nap with omega (that sounds funny...) Then you seem to believe you can threaten omega.

I see no threat... just a statement that TLE may not be interested in having a NAP with any entity essencially supplying its enemy. More of a "announcment/heads up"... wich can be taken as a threath, if you absolutly want to take it as one I guess...

IF the ellimination of the NAP would lead to war that would 99% surelly no longer be the matter of this thread and DMU trades but the numerous skirmishes that would follow, as I`m sure we`re both aware heh.

now IF you thought this was an issue sva.. you should have talked to our naps normaly and ask them not to supply our curent "enemies" as its not in the spirit of iprooving relations.. wich is what naps should lead to... You do not go on forum and tell ppl what they can or can not do... its just not logical and generaly harvest the wrong result..

I was and i still am tired of it.

Now if you wanna talk to them... talk to them its what msn is for... me and jake were just exchanging vievs.. in a way better way than its been done here.

Also due to my tiredness, efective from the end of the war.. i resign from all my positions at TLE and TDL and also as a member of both families.
To put it short I m just too tired of this **Filtered** happening over and over again. So i ll stay till the end of war and i ll do my fair share of work but after that our paths go in different dirrection. I still luv most of you guys, the few that are **Filtered**.. well not much there can be done there but still enoy the game.

If Omega was in a war and i was asked to sell DMU to their opponent so they could stay alive [wich is totally different then just selling some UU or AT] then i would respect the NaP i signed......But for Jake its prolly just another cheap shot to us......
