Ok.
So a few minutes ago i was upgrading my power levels and i was doing it while the turn change then suddenly i check my stuff on the left i see Rank 1 i was really shocked. This has happened before , i was scared not to report it so. Is this a known bug , does it change anything for me or other people ?

It's just a timing thing... Weird things happen on the turn change while it's recalculating everything. Similar things happen on main if you catch it just at the right moment. Does it go back to normal if you check it again a few seconds later? If so I'd ignore it. It's not a bug it's a 'feature'.

I've been rank 700 or practically since I joined.
I upgraded my flow by 9... rank is now in the 50's

So today it was my turn to be rank 1 for a half hour. Wooooohoooooo. Saved a screen shot just for laughs.
I'm getting the feeling this isn't a weird bug but admins' way of making some random middle-of-the-road soul feel good for a moment. Made my day thankyou very much.

This happened to me today aswell and i saved a screenshot because i`m never guna be there again 
but i was more worried about having one of the uber guys who cant normally hit me because of the rank mod actually hit, thankfully only 1 person noticed
