Dumb question (2nd ascention)

Is it necessary to go through all the "ascention buddy" stuff again to offload what you want to keep in main, or do you get to choose how much you sacrifice from your main account up to your ascended account 2nd time round?

Oh... another dumb question:

Where are the forums that can only be accessed by the ascended? Is this it??
So we can talk about stuff in here without breaking any rules?
(Reason I'm not sure is that I never had to ask an admin to "upgrade" my forum access to allow me in, although my ascention buddy was a forum admin so maybe since he saw I'd ascended he upgraded me without me having to ask).

Yeah, I think you read correctly. I've already ascended once I was just wondering if subsequent ascentions were a much easier affair or you needed an ascention buddy for those too. I think you've answered that.
