forgotten username and password in ascended

hi my friend has forgotten his username and password a while ago as he was only interested in the main side of the game, now he would like to start up in ascended he does not remember any of the info he was given when he bought the account!!

if someone can reply to me via pm please as he would like to keep his identity secret untill his account is up and running!!

I'm pretty sure the login and password for ascended should be exactly the same as main.

When you first ascend that is true by default it is the same, but it can be changed at any time after. Also ascension follows the same 6 month password change rule as in main, but those can easily end up being on different scheduals if the account was ascended after the rule was implimented.

Hopefully your friend changed the e-mail log-in to one of his own, in which case he can click the "or Forgot Login?" If not i'd assume you would have to take it to game support.

thanks for the advise guys, basically what happened is that the a ccount was purchased 2 years ago already ascended, he logged on a few times, did not like it so never went on again! he never changed the email adress or the password from the previous owner, the password was set at "new owner" or silmilar we have tried lots of combinations!! i think we need game support to help us out!! how can we contact them?
