What would you say to a new rule?

Well that, and if you start suspending people for masking..

You get suspended for 3 warnings. Also I did not announce the rule being in effect, i announced the suggestion of it.

I suggested that any masking results in a warning. You don't need to add F to OMG to get your point across. You wouldn't accept a GTHO so why accept the f in any other words? or even in a STHU?

AS for suspending, I'm coming back, it wasn't my decision to suspend people after 3 warnings, and I clearly did not state that masking would land you a suspension.

As for my responsibilities, I wish I could say more here but I can't. Instead I'll simply point at the instabilities of certain ppl, for example the quit and come back, or the fact rie,

'no offence' but i think u should die

The point here is that the rule exists but is half enforced. The goal is to modify the rule so that it is instead, strictly enforced.

And ombudsman was an incorrectly used word. AND, if you want me to be the ppl's voice, the community is unstable, rules are being half enforced. Well this is step one to creating stable rules.

As for the FEW "no offense, Mystake, but" that I've said in the mod section, the first half were constructive critisism. Then I stated I don't believe you're the right person for this job, and since then I haven't brought you up or said that at all.

And I never once told you to die. Come on now, Mystake. This is a job. This is what I've been talking about about people taking things too seriously. Seperate yourself from the job, mate, and you won't feel so insulted.

Will it help if I go out of my way and state that I still like you as a player and a person?





PS: (and edit in) with some of what you've been saying to other people IN PRIVATE you should be glad I'm still keeping this on a not personal level. It's a shame the people who's voice you're supposed to represent can't see what you've been saying with their voice in private.

Just for the record I never wanted mystake as my representative due to his biased nature and inability to separate ingame actions and fights from forum actions.

We've got mods who no one even likes
We've got mods who take things too seriously
We've got mods who have double standards
We've got mods with no balls
We've got mods who can't even work as a team
We've got mods who've been mods for so long that they don't realize they are beyond their "peak" and need to be replaced
We've got mods who want me out simply because they don't like me
We've got mods who fuel other people's fire
We've got mods who don't even respect their head admin, and bicker him and talk him down
We've got mods who don't want to work with the head admin
We've got mods who don't know the definition of "retiring" or "moving on"
We've got mods who think they do a good job but don't

On the other hand, we've seen a few more colors in this thread then just mine. Quite honestly on the whole, the moderator team is 85% incompetent, and I got my eyes opened when the mod forums were "unlocked" to my eyes.

exactly my point, You want a little change, whereas i want a radical change, in the grand scheme of things, my change is better, mostly because it will leave the public trusting mods more, And knowing that even if they are biased there is only so much they can do and so far they can go.

And yes your right, i dont like you, Mostly because of the way youve acted over the past few weeks, but thats certainly not the reason i want you out, i want you out for alot of reasons but as always, personal is not one of them. interpretation of the rules can only lead to bad something should be done about that but
dont make them stricter though you can be lenient without chaos ensuing

and you can make up statistics and people will believe them 85% of the time
