what ranking u need to get into G&R

As of right now, what overall ranking do u need to get onto G&R?

Also what 'average' status do u need? Eg, ranked 1000 for atk, def, covert & MS. I prefer to 'spread' things out a little.

Around rank 1,200 (and don't forget that Nox insurance drains G&R).
And it's best to have all your ranks (attack, def, covert&anti-covert, MS) approximately the same.
