Problem buying mercs

Hey, I don't know if this is the right section for this but I can't buy any mercs!

I ascended y'day and wanted to buy mercs but it constantly says I don't have enough resources to pay.

I have my merc techs so should be able to buy 1.125mill mercs and I have 113bill out at the moment buy I can't even buy one!

Is anyone else having this problem or an I the only one cause I searched for it on here and can't find any posts!

Mercs are paired with your suppers...

You need attack supers to buy attack mercs..

You can only have 75.00 percent (base of 25 plus 50 percent in upgrades) of your trained troops as mercenaries.
Beyond that, you do not have enough troops loyal to you to ensure compliance to your orders.
You now have:
0 Trained Mercs.
1500000 Trained Military Units.
You can have a maximum of 1,125,000 Trained Mercs

Still can't buy any mercs though!

ADDITIONALLY - each Merc (attack or defence) is paired with a 'super soldier' (attack or defence). This means that you can only have as many attack/def Mercs as you have supers of that type. (plus 10% for each merc level)
BEYOND THIS, NOT ONLY CAN YOU NOT GET MORE, BUT THEY WILL RUN AWAY IF GIVEN THE CHANCE!!! ABOUT 10% OF THE 'OVERLIMIT' WILL DISAPPEAR PER TURN.
