well im not speaking from experience you know yet but the game update page says you keep it all

from my personal experience;

you keep the capacities of both.
you keep your mounted weapons/shields.
(didn't have fleet bough at the time so don't know if that stays, your hanger amount stays the same though))

as far as I know you loose all fleets. I believe some1 who recently ascended said he still had a few fleets while ascending, afterwards they were gone

Since fleets are classed as attack weapons, i could see why you lose them...

You keep all capacities, attack weapons and defence weapons, but lose fleets. You DO keep all capacities, including fleet capacity.
