Up increase on planet!

Hey guys!
I have 20k raw, so ye I have 7up planets. I noticed, that when I increase my up on planets (1 in 3k atm), they only increase by 1, but if I remember right, like a month ago, if I increased it they increased by 2. Am I right or am I just dreaming bout something. Thx for answers

UP planet:
amount for 1 __ for 100 ___ size
___ 1.1 ___ ___ 110 - tiny
___ 1.2 ___ ___ 120 - very small
___ 1.3 ___ ___ 130 - small
___ 1.4 ___ ___ 140 - normal
___ 1.5 ___ ___ 150 - above average
___ 1.6 ___ ___ 160 - Large
___ 1.7 ___ ___ 170 - Huge
___ 1.8 ___ ___ 180 - Monsterous
___ 1.9 ___ ___ 190 - mind blowing

Depending on size, UP increases.

I think if you upgraded it at an exact point it may seem like you got more.

Say you have 100.0 UP (you won't see the .0) tiny planet
you upgrade it 1 time
you get 101.1 UP (counts as 101 UP)
you upgrade again
you get 102.2 UP (counts as 102 UP)
you upgrade it 7 more times
you get 109.9 UP (counts as 109 UP)
then when you upgrade again
you get 111.0 UP


I think i've experience sometimes that it gets rounded up the next day
say you upgraded upto 109.9 UP (counts as 109 UP) suddenly the next day it shows up as a 110 UP planet.

well with the rounding up you learn that in school first or second grade

0.0-0.49=0
0.50-0.99=1

yeah it does always round down, which makes calculators wrong sometimes.. lol be careful.
