sorry about that.

now i have another question - even though i have just below 50 cover capacity, i can't attack.

are attacking and cover capacity related?

why can't i attack? is it about "Turns" in left-sided place, below the menu?

Attacking is based on turns from the left hand menu yes, covert capacity is how many times you can spy and sabotage.
Keep smiling it makes people wonder what your up to.

i have ss but i dont know how to go on ppt my friend thought it was vacation mode but i recived no bonus (oh and i got ss through market does that matter?)

You can get ppt from buying ss again or from purchasing any of the upgrades from the upgrades page.

Why is it so that when I try to make someone my commander, i can't because I am apparently too young?

Been playing since Sunday and am off the PPT. Read the forum help topics and the FAQ, but it has not been answered there.

(Or maybe I am just stupid.)

i think you have to wait a week before getting a commander so that commanders dont get lots of people who join then quit a few days later

it's in the game updates.

i think it's too prevent multi-account leaches, but i'm not sure.

The armies of JUAN were forced out of the realm of SGC_Sam Fisher in a none to glorious fashion! The defending forces were simply too much for them. It is sure that SGC_Sam Fisher will be considering a return visit to JUAN!

that, is the age old question.

not sure anyone know's how it works exactly except for forum.

but it's basically, who ever has the best balance of stats, is on top.
