new players will at least have a fighting chance if they get a good CO

Bring back caps limit for raid/buy to what they were before?

So your saying you have such a great CO he will give you 20 mill UU just so you grow an inch?

When I was a lill smaller I used every AT i had to raid then sell UU buy AT and again sell UU etc...And many of us used this and if you put this to an end belive me you will never catch me,yet alone big ones.
Its not big that needs AT its small ones.Big then buy UU of them so smaller can buy AT and usually from big ones since many of them are lazy to do anything with them exept using them in war,so cricle is closed.

So tell me how you think you gonna growe with 3 AT per turn?How you planing to bump into 100 mill mark when your income now is less them 500 mil.It would take you at least a year to get somewhere near that.
Market is in affect for way to long and has been way to much abused for exponential growth that he cant be taken out without serius consequenses for balance of the game or fairness to all smaller players or newcomers.Not to mention how would it unbalance the game it self.Every naq would be invested in planets since you would need loads days of saving AT just to shoot one planet yet alone all 10 and then there is always matter of eneimes deff so big players would have 1mill UPs easy and running away from small once faster then ever...

well i hate say it but ppt should be on, alot can't login for a day 2 with business trips and other stuff like that it not just for protection

simple fact is i get massed quite alot, if i didnt have ppt i would effectively bank 0, as id never be able to bank any res

I'm game, one stupulation, the first one to PPT loses!!! As well you would be 3 times my army size... You'd think it would be easy to hold off little old me... And heck you even have the advantage as I'm working 10 hour shifts in work and sleep for a furtther 8 hours with another 2 hours of traveling so all in all I have a grand total of 4 hours gameplay

And if you couldn't PPT I would kick ass, why because I am more experienced in war without running to PPT!! And if you want my ID agree to that stupulation!!!

Zesh we all get massed a lot, I massed hundreds of people every month, and I NEVER had a defence over 50 billion.... Yet I managed to bank and grow, and if you weren't in the alliance your in chances are you wouldn't be massed half as much as you are... The actions of you and your team are what determine how people will mass you...

And to be perfectly honest I think the larger your army is the more restrictions you should have...

Indeed I agree but for that is to late now(but people were **Filtered** about never to be able to catch Omega etc,thats why market and 3 AT per turn-Wolf was right all along about this-to fast growth).Thats why caps,like mentioend above should stay untouched.But those caps also affected game play since there were to much UU,to few AT out and game came to some kind of hold.

Why would there be any restrictions for big armies?Not that they cheated to get there.You cant punish someone for being good,if you cant stand somoene being bigger then you mass him and he will be smaller for couple of mill...

we voted no for these reasons:

some need ppt when they have things that occupy entire days/weekends...

also, ppt is used much by those that can only play parts of the week... think how it would be possible for someone who can only play on weekdays, if he/she didnt have ppt...

but for those prepearing to cry that we use all ppts we can, well, that is wrong... we only use ppt when we absolutely need to (some weeks 0, some 1, and a few 2)
