covert/anti cover planets
hey, so if i have a covert and anti covert planet of 5bill does that mean it will boost my covert by 5bill and my anti covert by 5bill?

If you have at least 10 bil. covert and 10 bil. anticovert to start with, of course...Gone, left, no longer here.
