Time

Why isn't it at the same time as the normal server. 10 mins apart...

Honours and Awards

For the same reason that quantum is 15 minutes off from the main server. It doesn't really matter... I kinda like it, actually.

The times not off, the turns are just staggard so you dont have to be doing something like banking in ALL 3 after a turn passes.. this way, you can move from one to the other at a relaxed pace ;)
