You guys can't give the guy a break it is christmas season doesn't he get some time off lol. 5 days isn't really that long of a time.

so let me ask you this you would rather have a guy that is pissed off because no one wants him to spend time with family during one of the most arguably family orientated times of the year. So that he makes snap judgments and starts to just ban people because he doesn't feel like looking hard.
Personally I would rather have a guy that takes some time for himself and RL and approaches his job carefully and considers everything before banning people but hey maybe it is just me who wants this.
