Well I geuss something like plus or minus whatever your military experience is but to do the plus or minus we need to know how could it affect the military experience. As they say your forces were so completely overwhelmed bla bla bla etc. probably if you do to this <|||enemy 120 000 killed for 7 lost<\\\ it will impress your enemy. Does this sound right?
*fires off remaining three 3 rounds of hkvp70*

Presumably something admin put in to the text but never got around to actually coding - maybe intended to show whether your achievements outweigh your losses....just guessing here

that would be my guess as well...
however, nowhere does it actually state whats its for so for now we prolly hav to just ignore it or guess for ourselves
