NOX Protection Failure/Weakness issue

Here is the situation.

I'm on NOX protection. I was attacked a MINIMUM of 30 times in a ONE MINUTE INTERVAL. I had been on NOX all week.

How is this possible?

The ONLY thing I can think of is the fact that we are at war. Does NOX work at all when you are war?

It's 42 attacks minimum when on critical, nox doens't take affect when YOU'VE set them at war, or alliance war.

EDIT: Noticed the 1 minute thing, must have been the war thing.
