i worked it out
yay
for the other people that are having a bit of trouble then try turning off your java script and then you should stop having the lagg. yay back to normal gameplay.
i dont understand what was clashing with java as i have it updated everytime a new one comes out so i should have the latest...:S
anyways give it a try and see if it helps you too, just remember many other locations NEED java so you will have to turn it back on after finishing with SGW.
at the top of the screen
go to tools > options > content , then chose the disable java box.

It works fine with IE... but has this lag, mentioned around 100 times in this thread before, in mozilaFF...

i hate turn lag =|
sometimes i get turn lag of over 1 min (30 secs on average) and i once waited 5 mins and didnt get a browser error.. just said it was loading.. and i restarted browser and logged in and it worked again fine.
conclusion: turn lag is hated by me.
