Eros received a warning for impersonating staff.

I gave him a fair warning that he is better off removing Ombudsman out of his profile. He replied back to me on the forums that he did not recognize the moderators and smoosh's authority to fire him and so he still considered himself the ombudsman, so I gave him a warning.

Smoosh had asked him in the past to remove it, btw.

by the way about the perm ban i think there is something in the soon to be released rules about that in extreme cases exception may be given(eg more warnings or longer bans)but to be fair that wasn't around when ero was banned

what we meant was that from what eros claimed about 2 of the warnings, he said they were for consecutive posts, and that they were both for spam... the truth is, one was for spam, and one was for language, and they were given 1 day, 22 hours, 38 minutes apart, and in two different threads...

Ero'Sore deserves a permaban. He is discourteous to everyone on the Forums and has not an ounce of respect for the game or its members. His mental health aside, he has not contributed positively to the game in any way and his posts are both inflammatory and very often misguided. He was given plenty of opportunities to "clean up" his act and act like a mature adult. He did not. That's on him. Weapon Zero is a good friend of mine and, apparently, of Ero'Sore's. I respect his opinion and I am willing to concede that Ero'Sore may not be totally lost. But WZ also agrees with me that his behavior on the Forums, especially of late, was entirely inappropriate. I tried several avenues of approach to help Ero'Sore with his problems. None of them have worked so far. But, because WZ still holds out hope for Ero'Sore, so will I.

My behavior of late was only a reply to Hairy's, Mojo's, Nuto's, and others vulgar replies directed at me. I figured if they could get away with it, why should I not? The fact of the matter is that they could only get away with it because they were on the side of the moderators. If you're cool with them, you can do whatever you want, but if you oppose them, they will look for any cracks created and sweep you into them.Even banned I still consider myself ombudsman as the moderators had no right to fire me.If anyone has an issue with moderators still feel free to contact me on msn at ero-sore@hotmail.com. Furthermore, if you claim the 2 warnings from Teal'auc were illegitimate, feel free to post them with their and their date of post along with the current conversation that was going on. I'll admit I dizerved ONE warning for the spam, but not two. I had not used any vulgar language at that time (a couple of months ago).It appears that another reason why you banned me was to spread propoganda about myself without fear of being disproven by me. So now feel free to say whatever you want. Althought I might always ask someone to post a reply for me.This is just proof of further abuse of power by Smooshable. First he fires me as ombudsman just because he feels like it, even though he had no right, and then he perm-bans me because I am defending myself and seeking revenge (again just because he can, he doesn't care if its against the rules).

Can I just point out the only person saying he's been permabanned is eros? It's a standard two week ban and NOWHERE has anyone other than Eros himself said it is anything else. Contact me in 13 days and I will unban you.

May I also point out that you're treading dangerous ground meth by posting on belhalf of Eros who is still claiming to be a forum official that he is not. If you must post for him, check that he is not violating any forum rules with his post or in future you will receive the warnings for him as you would also be violating forum guidelines.

I think you missunderstood what I said. I am not saying I will warn you for posting for him. Sure I wish you wouldn't, but that's just me. What I am saying is that he was warned for impersonating a forum official. If you post on his behalf saying that he's still that forum official (the ombudsperson). You will recieve the warning on his behalf.

even though the type of ban issued is permanent, if eros contacts smooshable in 13 days, he will be unbanned... but he will not be unbanned unless he asks to be so in 13 days (or 14 or 15...)

The board only has one type of ban, it doesn't differenciate between two week and perma-bans.
