feeling a bit nostalgic

i was just chatting with Acronon on msn and doing some remanicing about SGW, Omega and AK of old and was wondering what you guys miss about SGW.

I miss those old wars, back when we fought and chatted with one another while massing one another, lmao.

I miss fighting beside a brotherhood.

I cannot miss that which I have and the above mentioned is what I have in TLE...


I missed my mates, playing with friends...the SF days...the days in DBD...I got them all back with TLE. The only thing I might miss is some ppl that have left...

But they are all mostly previous SF, DBD, TLE members who I considered friends and are ppl I play this game for but all and all all I need is right here besides me fighting alongside me covering my back and I hope they feel the same about me...

but what I really miss is the days when I joined Ak....little stupid knight without experience and now.....

I miss the days when we had the war with omega and a huge msn convo when I was pissing of replijake on msn while he was massing my 3 bill def....compared to those 300 what is today is what 3 bill used to be before...

anyway I miss the AK days when pianomutt used to play and promised me to get me to kings and most of all the best day in SGW carrer was when I was accepted to kings.....fighting with the people I looked up to all the time.....that day I was really proud of myself that I actually achived something in the game.....
those are the days I would bring back

I miss when the game and accounts were small enough that wars actually mattered. Can't say they were any more "Winable", but they were won back then. I enjoyed the game much more before planets, massive UP's, and unimaginable MS's roamed freely.

I'm torn on ascended. It has/had such potential. Boring at first, but once you got a feel for it, it was by far a superior server. You had to be sure about every move you made there. Limited resources, coupled with the fact your account could actually suffer major loses was the best part of the game. Now its worse then main. Growth is just stupidly fast, and the only stats you need is strike and assasinate, everything else is usless.

Guess what I missed most was back when it actually took an alliance 3 days to a week to "Ramp up" for war. Now they can jump rank, mass entire alliances and sell off and turtle shell in 1 turn.

true true lore.....I would much more welcome 1k AT as it used to be before than 200 as it is now.....we had less uu,less naq but we had the AT to mass,these days prices are too high and growing\is too fast not to mention the fact that this game has become a bussines for certain people who are forgeting what is this game really about

sniper acounts are the only problem of SGW atm and they can be significantly reduced so SGW could easily be okie dokie again...

i would gladly suffer a reset and for lifers, planets and raiding to be removed so we could have wars that actually mean something like they used to!
