well ive had a lot of these similliar incidences, and to be honest i think its quite sad. btw you may want ot take a look at born to destroy and the rest in his alliance, a few comments made he implied he had multies.

Someone who really look to play would begin first by buying some UP (and more if he know the game i think). and it's a hard coincidence to see this happend in a big war (i'm in TLE).
u'r maybe right, but if the IP is used by a member of the barbarian tribes who try to attack us... i would have some doubts
