whats with the Perg update without warning

good update, but does anyone know exactly what the limit is for getting booted from perg? its certainly not what the above post says.

since omoc got booted at 37mil and i see someone at 34mil still in perg i'm going to assume its somewhere in there, but i would love to know the formula for getting that limit

The maximum size realm that can enter pergatory is 20% of the 'unit maximum' before the plague strikes (you can see this value on your personelle summary&training page - it increases with time..).
If you are above 30% of this value, and in pergatory, you will be automatically removed.
This change is to ensure pergatory is not used and abused by very powerful accounts, but is there to safeguard the smaller accounts in time of need..."

So with my maths

20% of the maximum that the plague hits (244,931,507)

48,986,301 = 20% of 244,931,507

but it seems to say about being over 24million armysize which is 10% of that amount

so its either 20% of the unit trading/buying cap 122,465,753 which would make it 20%

or

the Update isn't quite correct


if its based on the plague/disease then you should be allowed in up to 48,986,301 and auto kicked at 73,479,451


at the moment you can enter with less than 24,493,150 armysize and get kicked out when about 36,739,725 army size

So either the 20% of the plague is incorrectly set at 10% or admin needs to reword it so its 20% of the unit buying/trading cap


Someone please tell me if I've misread that or I have bad maths?

Also since most accounts that go inactive do so after entering perg and the newly available ATs in perg must mean the sweetest raiding ever, I think inactive accounts should be booted back into main, maybe a perg renewal button to press once a week to stay in perg

i think what he means is that once per week you need to press a button pretty much saying your active if you wish to remain in perg.



i think the way the update happens was F***KED coz i do not read the forums unless it is trade or GC if i am in war, the only other time i read is when i think something is not right or may be a bug then i read to see if any one else is having the issue etc.

they could have announced it better.
