Is the amount of naq worth the potential agro and retaliation you'll get? If yes, then go for it. If not, then don't.

Simple as that - and it is why names count more than defences in this game ;)

I agree totally but sadly that is not the case. It seems that if someone is in a war they feel as though can attack who ever they want and then brand someone as a vulture for retaliating.
Never argue with idiots. They bring you down to their level and beat you with years of experience!

I'll hit people outside the war as much as I want.

And if you hit me back for it, I'll mass you.

Re: Vulturing ?

now i see why everyone wants to be in a big alliance so that they can use the term vultureing and ask a alliance member to mass the people who attacks him back..

Re: Vulturing ?

you`ll find that only noobs use the term "vulturing" as an excuse to mass somebody or try and get there naq back

Its highly unlikely you`ll get somebody from omega or another top alliance spamming you PMs tittled vulture, they just mass you! but thats not because there in a war, thats what they do war or not

One of omega members raided me and half massed me, i hit them back.. then one ass said that his officer ( the guy i hit) was in a war and fully massed me.. Haven't they heard of MESSAGERS.. must be some newbie who bought a good account with cash.. But it was fun in war :p too bad i don't have my account anymore.. :( (long story)

If any alliances is in war they should nerver hit any1 else outside the war, no matter how low there defence is and how high they have naqs.. only losers who are scared use this to escape from others when in war and when they farm other alliance who are not in war.

You're the only newbie I see.

yeah sorry about that, i just wanted to get the anger out of me.. real sorry that isnt my style to call other noobs or newbie. speacially since i dont have a account now i dont have the right to call other noobs or newbie.

wow, just wow.
of course, you're saying that since you have tons of offense to really blast someone's account.

I would demand having the option to be able to sab offense weapon rather than sabbing def weapons first. I think sabbing is a flawed spyop anyway. It should destroy both offense and def weapons without any regards to which goes first.

Re: Vulturing ?

Some guy i have been farming for the last 2 months tried to pull the "i'm at war" BS on me yesterday. He's had no defense since i found his juicy farm-able ass (no i didn't remove it, he appeared inactive when i found him), so obviously i farmed him, then about a week ago his planet names changed indicating possible account trade...But again, no change in defense and rank to start with, then finally he builds a defense and jumps up to 2k rank, so i leave him alone, but keep an eye on him as it is not unheard of for people to loose defenses they build...

Sure enough his defense lasts less than 2 days, he then goes on ppt...he then misses the end of the ppt and i am 78 bill richer, another day passes, he looses a planet to someone else, then i farm 8 bill, he then messages me saying he's at war and i'ma vulture. I laugh, send back a PM saying you're a farm, buy some defense and i will leave you alone, otherwise you are a farm and will be farmed. Now apparently i will loose all my planets over this...Oh well, i'll just keep farming him, after all if i'm going to loose my planets at some stage i might as well grab as much naq as i possibly can off him, his officers and his aliance before i have to waste some turns massing them all to dust :D

Re: Vulturing ?

well heres what people dont realise

if you get hit for naq and your big, its better a random gets it then your enemy in the total wars of today

i had a random guy who i met on the irc farm me for 10b, he managed to get about 1t or 2 off me and a another guy easily

thats 1t or 2 that doesnt go to your enemy

Re: Vulturing ?

Then you agree vulturing isn't bad, but actually good for the war, as official TLE representative?

Nice. Considering it was the Empires that started all this, iirc.. :) Now it's being used by people who misunderstood and had a very bad perception of those lovely birds..

Besides, don't say people don't realise what you said, as I said the same thing earlier, mate. :)
