Well we all know you can upgrade your natural bank capacity through the market.
What I want to know is... When you ascend, do you keep these upgrades?

Yes, all your bank capacity's stack and stay through ascention.
But remember, it's by natural cap. So when you ascend if you have 1/2 of the miners, your bank is still going to be smaller even with the bonuses.
