Vulgar Planet Name

In my recent farming/massing I came across a planet with a vulgar name. The name of a player, LUCID_REVOLUTION, id=94704. FS strongly dislike L_R for his previous planet stealing and have taken action to deal with it. His retaliation, which I find entirely inappropriate, was to name a planet deliberately to insult one of FS' friendliest players, Majorleehurts...

As I understood it, swearing in planet names was prohibited... And where I come from, one of the words he has used is considered a swear word. I put the name and ID up so those interested could see the planet name...

lol well it's not much of a swear word really, but seeing as it is directed at another player of SGW then it could be seen as bullying and I feel that on that basis alone that it should be dealt with. Bullying should not be tolerated!
