How long does a reply from admin normally take?

i started playin again the other day and sent admin an email 4 days ago to ask permission for me and a friend who has shared an internet location to be able to send each other stuff and still havn't had a reply. just wondering how long it normally takes and will i get a reply or will i just be able/unable to send?

two to three weeks is the usual time.
Although I got emailed back off admin sues personal email so if you PM me ill give you that n you could try that.

I have seen it take less then 2 hrs and as much as 3 months, in some cases there has still been no reply. But 2 to 4 weeks seems standard.
