APP Points

Since I haven't ascended yet I was wondering what the best ways to get APP points cheaply are. I also have a few questions.

Do you get APP for MS?
Do you get APP for planets?
Do you get APP for mercenaries?
Do you get APP for total UP or just raw UP?

MS you would get for the fleets if you didn't sell them, they would count for weapon APP.

No APP for planets, those carry over.

APP for mercs. Mercs 1 to 2400

Raw UP only.

okay. so when you say 1 to 700 does that mean that I will be rated from 1 to 700 on how many uu I have, or that I can use a maximum of 700 uu and after that I don't get any extra APP? Sorry but this is very confusing.

1 to 700 means taht for every 700 you have you get 1 app.

Assuming you actually want APPs for some strange reason the only way to go is UP.. the Bigger the UP, the more APP you get.
