what stops the ppt, can you sell weaps and use the bank without it going.
Is it instant, i.e as soon as you buy ss you get it along with the ppt

PPT runs out when you perform an aggressive act (sabs, attacks, etc).
You can buy, transfer and upgrade without ending your PPT.
PPT should be instand (or almost so) for electronic payments. Though I'm not 100% sure about PayPal.
