Daimon ascend

Hey i have a Daimon account and i was thinking of ascending

when i click on the "change race" thing i get 8 different races option. the 4 original and then there are the tolah, ancient, Nano, and the system lord. soo i dont get how this works. say i choose to go to ancient would i lose all my units and my UP?

or will i just change back to that race?

btw on the top of my change race page it says

"NOTE: You can change advanced race to advanced race as long as you have race changes left to use. There are no ill effects.
BUT - If you change races (to a 'basic' race) you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE BACK to an advanced (post ascension) race -- at least not without reaching ascension again. "

NO ILL EFFECTS ?

does this mean i wont lose anything but gain only?

See that picture?? there are 8 choices for me so what happens when i select one of the 4 advanced races? lose UP and UU? and the cover lvls?

Actually, I don't know the answer to your question, and suggest that you might not be getting a response because no one else who has read your thread knows either...

Lol, before i do anything is there any way to find out for certain what the effect will be?? would the admins be able to help in any way?? or some experienced member??

As far as I'm aware - no one has tried it....

You shouldn't actually be able to simply change race to an ascended race without re-ascending, so I don't know if it will even let you once you click the button....never mind if you lose everything or not....

Sorry....just conjecture from me as I know of no one who has tried....

How about the note section on the top, is it the same for all accounts?? can u guys check or is it different for the daimon?

If I remember correctly.

If you are a daimon and you try to go to an ascended race nothing will happen, it just won't let you do it.

If you go to a basic race that'll let you start ascending again and you'll start from square one.

Don't quote me on it, but 99% sure on that first statement. (the one after me remembering correctly ROFL)

Admin more than likely has more important things to do, but it's worth a shot I suppose.

However, what Zaya said is correct, as far as I can tell. Though I've heard it's a bit buggy at times, such as instead of starting ascensions again, you go from where you were. But not certain on that.

yupwat he said is true i think for i saw this discussion before.. they said if a diamond wants to have a ascended acc again he will have to start from the beginning.. so to be safe send away all ur uu and naq sell weapons away to ur friend. for u decide to push any buttons.. :p

alright i guess i have to just give it a try and post my results here.. but if it doesnt work as the "NOTE" up there says.. and if i lose my UP lol this must be a bug then otherwise y would it say that there are "no ill effects"

I'd say what will happen is you will pick an ascended race..

The page will refresh and nothing will happen cuz you can't switch over.

You pick a lower race.. may the SGW gods look kindly upon your bastardized account..

ohh i see wat u mean.. yeah i am not sure whether u will lose ur up or anything if u do that sucks.. but u can only choose the normal 4 races. and u have to start to ascend fro mprior again
